Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between the user and the developers of the Trainistry application — Vladimir Antonov and Pavel Bobkov (hereinafter referred to as the “Developers”).

By using the Trainistry application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.

1. General Provisions

The Application is provided to the user “as is”.
The Developers reserve the right to modify or update the Application without prior notice.
The user agrees to use the Application only for lawful purposes and not to violate the rights of third parties.

2. Registration and Account

Some features of the Application may require registration using a Google account or other authentication services.
The user is responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and must not share them with third parties.
The Developers are not responsible for actions performed by third parties in the event of unauthorized access to the user’s account.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Developers have the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access to the Application if the user violates the terms of this Agreement.
The user has the right to use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
It is prohibited to copy, modify, decompile, or distribute the Application without written permission from the Developers.

4. Paid Features

Some features of the Application may be paid. Information about pricing and payment terms is provided in the Application or on the store page.
Payments are processed through app stores (Google Play, App Store) and are subject to their refund policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided without any warranties, express or implied. The Developers are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including loss of data or profits.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the source code, design, logos, and other elements of the Application belong to the Developers. Copying, distributing, or using any elements of the Application without permission is prohibited.

7. Privacy

The collection and processing of users’ personal data are carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination of Use

The user may stop using the Application at any time. The Developers have the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application without prior notice in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement.

9. Changes to the Agreement

The Developers reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement.
